The Shores project represents a significant investment in the future development of South Padre Island, transforming it into a desirable location for property buyers and contributing to the region's growth. As the Design-Build Contractor on this project, Foremost Paving is providing the following scope of work:

• Construction of a bridge to provide access to the island property
• Installation of utilities including sanitary sewer, water, and storm sewer systems
• Construction of a pump station to support the island's infrastructure needs
• Construction of a brick paver road
